  1. Charged with WHAT? Precisely. Cite the statute they would be "charged" with. There are no "penalties" to prosecute for "violations of the Constitution". NO ONE has ever been charged with a crime for "violating the Constitution". You get prosecuted for violating STATUTES...laws. Hundreds of statutes, for example, are ruled unconstitutional every year...no one gets prosecuted.

  2. Here's what will happen: The government will delay, delay, delay with every possible legal tactic. Finally, perhaps in a year or two, they will "testify" and...have amnesia. "I don't recall". "I can't remember", "That's not in my purview" If you can't find it in writing...emails, etc., you won't get it from talking to them

  3.  @eddarby469  You DO have redress to seek both civil and criminal violations of your rights. Civil rights STATUTES have been used many times to defend people's rights. What rock have you been living under?

  4.  @eddarby469  You have redress in courts for ALL of those things. All of those things are the results of STATUTES, which are made by your elected representatives. Challenge them in court and have them ruled unconstitutional. Which of those things have YOU challenged in court? Or do you just whine on the internet waiting for someone ese to do it for you? DO SOMETHING.
