But it would cost each of them a couple million $$$ for a team of accountants and lawyers to find a place to move their PERSONAL money into something, somewhere, that would not be taxed. It would more likely drive their money OUT OF the USA into some other country who would benefit from it. Their Business income? You CAN NOT tax a business. They just pass the tax on to their employees (lower wages) customers (higher prices) or investors (lower returns). consumers If it were that simple, Cuba would be a wealthy country.
