"News" outlets need to stop confusing the Department of Justice (an Article II Executive Branch Agency headed by a Presidential political appointee) with the Judiciary Branch...a separate and co-equal Constitutional, Article III, branch of government. The DOJ is NOT the authority on the law. They are NOT Judges. You never see a Judge giving an interview about whether someone "has a case", do you?

  2. The DOJ has no credibility at all anymore. What we need is Trump in 2024 with Candace Owens as VP and Ron DeSantis as Attorney General. Clean up that DOJ den of snakes. THEN DeSantis can run for President in 2028.
