This has been "brought out" for the past year, at least! Biden admitted it on tape in 2018, and it was ignored by the media. The Ukrainians have been trying to turn over evidence to the US for more than a year, and they refuse to accept it. Will he testify? Since WHEN is the attorney for the defendant required to testify in a case against his client? Ridiculous. Now, Biden is trying to shut down free speech.

1manuscriptman You are correct. Slander is not protected speech. But it has to be PROVEN to be slander. Simply saying it is slander doesn't work. It doesn't matter who "agrees" it is slander, it must be PROVEN. If you accuse someone of wrongdoing, you have to PROVE it with the preponderance of evidence. Biden should sue Giuliani for slander and PROVE what Giuliani is saying is not true. All the evidence can be introduced in court. Biden can attend some depositions, under oath. If what you say is true, it would be a simple case. If what Giuliani is doing is just lies...Quid Pro Joe, should welcome the opportunity to PROVE it. Maybe get his son in on it also. I am sure his son would like to testify under oath. Where is his son, anyway? Asking networks to curtail speech is NOT the answer. Imagine if Trump sent letters to CNN and MSNBC asking them not to have Micheal Avanatti or Stormy Daniels on their shows. It's laughable.

NOTHING is illegal UNLESS there is a STATUTE making it illegal. ALL statutes are public record and are available for search on the internet. Anyone with knowledge of the law will know exactly where to look to find the statute. People that don't know anything about the law, will use their computer to tell you they "are at home right now" ...yes, the same computer that could find the statute. LOL. When you run into these buffoons, and they are everywhere, just say "Cite the statute" and watch as they scramble and fumble and sputter. It's entertaining at least.
