  1. This needs to be taken to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for him to determine if the FISA court needs to review the fraud foisted on them to begin this whole thing.

  2. Dan...Trump would LOVE the SCOTUS involvement! Imagine if the Chief Justice decides that the warrant was issued improperly based on a fraudulent application and that EVERYTHING stemming from that warrant was inadmissible! That means the entire "investigation" is inadmissible and must be terminated. Job done, and the President didn't shut it down, the COURT did. The best route would be for Congress to refer it to the Chief Justice for review. The DoJ certainly will not, but Congress could. So could the President.

  3. Locochris...the FISA court is answerable ONLY to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, as it is set up now. That was set up by legislation, which may be something to consider changes to, but for now it has to be John Roberts. I think, ultimately, when this is finally exposed, there WILL BE legislation to prevent this sort of abuse in the future. Obviously, the Court cannot just "trust" the intelligence community to tell the truth.
