  1. Should the Senate return to a condition where the MAJORITY RULES? YES! If someone wants to filibuster, let them stand on their hind legs and talk, like they used to. THAT was a filibuster, what we have now is a way to prevent anything from happening unless 60 Senators out of 100 agree.
