  1. You CAN NOT decline job offers and collect unemployment. These employers need to let the Florida DOE know that they are offering work and it is being declined. But no one seems to be willing to ENFORCE the law. It's an election year. Better idea would be to END the Federal unemployment and offer an 8 week BONUS of $600/per week to go BACK to work. You would still file weekly claims (or bi-weekly) but get the bonus for working, not for staying home
