  1. Instead of IMPOSING a tax, how about ELIMINATING taxes for businesses that build in America? How about ELIMINATING tax on American EXPORTS? When STATES want a business to locate there (or stay there) they give TAX INCENTIVES. They do NOT "punish" the company, they offer them a REWARD. The jobs created produce taxes. Businesses (of all sorts) DO NOT "pay" tax, they COLLECT tax. They pass the cost of those taxes onto their customers/investors/employees
