  1.  @charliebukowski6652  No. That's the US Constitution. Separation of Powers. Congress is not supposed to, and is not allowed to, conduct criminal investigations. Why do you hate the Constitution?

  2. Most of life's disappointment is caused by unrealistic expectations. Congress is NOT law enforcement. No matter what they discover, they can NOT arrest anyone. EVER. For anything. The most that can EVER come out of a Congressional "investigation" (disjointed 5 minute Q&A sessions) is political theater. Anything they manage to discover by accident would have to be turned over to the DOJ fro criminal investigation. Investigating crime IS NOT THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!! Never was. Never will be.

  3. They "left the investigation open" (for at least two more years) so they can continue to use the excuse of "We cannot comment about an ongoing investigation" "We cannot share information with Congress about an ongoing investigation"

  6. The ONLY way Biden can get in office again is if Trump is the nominee for 2024. OR if Trump runs as an independent. I don't believe the Republican party will consider putting the name of a criminal defendant on their primary ballots. If Trump cares about the country, he would drop put and endorse Ron DeSantis.
