  3. The only way that will happen is if Trump is found guilty and then appeals it up to the Supreme Court. That could take years. If he were to be acquitted, why would it go to the Supreme Court? Meanwhile, The Republican party will not allow him to be on a ballot as a Republican. You understand that, right?

  5. And Trump has one huge problem...The RNC is not going to allow a person indicted on federal felonies to appear on debate stages or ballots. Trump supporters must realize that, right? There is no law requiring the party to accept any particular candidate and put them on their ballots. Primary elections are a function of the political parties, not the government.
