  1. It is an admission of failure. It is NOT a law, and the President cannot make such orders to apply to anyone but the executive branch.

  2.  @tookie36  Good. I hope Kudlow scares some Republicans into paying attention and voting out Dems in 2022. I would also like to see Republicans USE Biden's admissions of failure as fundraisers.

  3.  @tookie36  Executive orders are an admission of failure. The broader and more inclusive they are...the bigger the failure. The government DOES have LAWS to prevent you from dumping gasoline in the river. The LAWS were passed by both chambers of Congress, signed by the President at the time, and delegated specific authority to specific government agencies. Executive orders are NOT laws. You need to understand the difference. Federal courts with one of the 300+ Judges appointed by Trump will not have a problem understanding the difference.

  4. Good news! What this means: 1. There will BE NO Federal legislation regarding climate change, just like under Obama. 2. The filibuster is alive and well. 3. No court packing 4. No statehood for DC 5. No statehood for Puerto Rico 6. No HR-1 "election reform" 7. No new federal gun control legislation This is an enormous, HUGE admission of failure by Biden.
