  1.  @johnroyhella3301  Hunter Biden claimed to own the House in documents he signed in 2018. He also claimed in other documents to be renting the house for $50,000/month. Who the home is titled to, the owner, is a matter of legal record. Claiming to own a property does not make it so.

  3. That isn't going to happen. In fact, the means of casting ballots will be getting more "digital" in the future. To imagine it won't is profoundly stupid. Within a very few years, perhaps 2024...2028 latest, online voting will be a real thing. Democrats won't have to get off the sofa to vote. They'll do it on the smart phones. As long as you insist on voting "paper ballots only and day of voting", we will lose. Republicans need to USE the system the way Democrats do. Listen, sweetie...the forward pass is here to stay. If you insist on running the ball on every play, you're going to lose. EVERY time. If ballot harvesting is legal...Republicans need to ballot harvest. If mail in/drop off ballots are legal, Republicans need to canvass ballots. We need Republican representatives collecting ballots at gun shows, home centers and other places where Republican voters tend to show up. Republicans need to collect ballots at nursing homes. The Constitution allows each state to determine the manner of selecting electoral college electors. Why do you oppose the Constitution?

  7. It would look like every other impeachment: Partisan impeachment in the House, partisan acquittal in the Senate. Without 67 votes to remove in the Senate, it's just a waste of time. The House needs to do what they CAN do...DE-FUND this administration!

The House can impeach, but the Senate must "convict and remove" in TWO separate votes requiring a 2/3 majority (67 votes). It won't happen. It would require ALL Republicans and 18 of 51 Democrats to agree. IF Wray were impeached, or fired or quit, guess who nominates his replacement? Biden. Guess who confirms the appointment? The Democrat controlled Senate. You don't have to like it. I don't have to like it. That's what the Constitution provides as the way to remove a government official. And I know you support the Constitution. Right? Your dreams of President Kamala Harris will not come true. If you think she will be installed as President before then, you will be disappointed. There IS, however, another election in 2024.

Not to mention, Hunter Biden cannot be impeached (impeaching President Biden was the topic of the comment) and Congress cannot criminally prosecute anyone for anything.   14.  @shawnhill3482  It doesn't matter who controls the Senate. If Harris is the VP and Biden is removed, Harris becomes President. The next opportunity to "get back the Senate" will be in 2024. When we also have an opportunity to choose a new President. Impeachment then is a non-issue. You clearly have no clue what you are talking about. Just be aware, that any dream to remove Biden (by any means) before the next election is a dream to have Kamala Harris as President.

Impeachment is a waste of time, they will all be acquitted in the Senate. There will never be 67 votes to remove anyone. But, in the real world where I live, the best we can hope for is gridlock until we have a new Republican President and Republican controlled House AND Senate. And THEN if the statute of limitations has expired (5 years for most federal offenses) there can be no prosecution anyway.   21.  @thomasmccabejr.1862  Subpoenas only command appearance. They do not and can not command answers. The 5th amendment IS a thing. So is "amnesia". Impeachment is NOT a criminal prosecution. Perfect example: The NY State Attorney General chased Trump around a tree for nearly FOUR YEARS to get him to respond to a subpoena to give a deposition. He gave the deposition a few days ago. He plead the 5th and didn't answer ANY questions. Who wouldn't? Now what? Exactly...nothing. Is that what you want your Congressperson to be doing?
