  1. Short answer: NO! She is not in trouble. Long answer: This is no different than any of hundreds of videos on YouTube advising people how to avoid DUI charges, how to 'resist' allowing police officers into your home or searching your vehicle. If you expect her to be 'in trouble' over this, you WILL be disappointed. Worst case, the House ethics committee slaps her wrist and tells her not to do it anymore. NOT because it is illegal (it isn't) but because her actions violate some House ethics rule.
