  1. Um...if he said those things and if they have emails contradicting those things he said under oath...he committed perjury. Refer it for criminal prosecution to the Biden/Garland DOJ. Then impeach him in the House. Where are the articles of impeachment for Blinken in the GOP controlled House?

  2. Congress cannot charge anyone with anything at anytime. They can ONLY refer it to the Biden/Garland DOJ for criminal prosecution. The House, led by the GOP, CAN file articles of impeachment against Blinken for lying to the Senate. Impeachment is not a criminal charge, but it IS all the Congress can do. He would most likely resign. Executive appointee rarely go through an impeachment process. They resign or get fired if it comes to that. You might ask McCarthy why that hasn't been done already.

  3.  @sabinereynaudsf  Hmmm. They have recorded testimony and they have emails. If the emails contradict his testimony that would be the "receipts" they need. Now, do I expect the Biden DOJ to prosecute Blinken for covering for his son so Biden could win election? No. I'm not stupid. But Blinken could be impeached and I bet you 10 to 1 he resigns or gets fired if he is impeached. The evidence in an impeachment is presented in the GOP controlled House of Representatives. You think Biden wants that?
