  1.  @Cj-pg4qe  Actually it was Clinton when he signed the repeal of the Glass-Steagel act November 12, 1999 which forced lenders to give "sub prime" loans to people who weren't qualified for them. The results were predictable. Then the lenders were called "Predatory lenders" by the same politicians that forced them to offer the loans.
