  1. Judge Nap is right. It was my immediate thought. The Dems were going to use this to hold up the funding bill. Dems now have no "urgency". Trump can get it overturned whenever he wants. Get everything else you want, Mr. President, THEN get this overturned. Feinstein does NOT "get to approve" the judges for the 9th circuit. There WAS (used to be) a "tradition" of allowing the Senators from states affected by the Circuit to "approve" the nominees...which is WHY the 9th Circuit is so leftist. That is NOT a law, it is NOT a constitutional requirement and it has been set aside by Mitch McConnell after Al Franken tried to block an 8th circuit nominee. It's ridiculous and needed to go for a long time.
