  1. Bad political theater followed by an acquittal in the Senate. What's the point? Better: Get control of the House and/or Senate and then DEFUND the DHS' handling of illegal aliens and fund border fences and protections to prevent illegal immigration. Congress DOES control the budget and does not need 67 votes in the Senate to do it. The Executive Branch (DHS) can only do what Congress funds them to do. Re-write their budget and SHUT DOWN the government for as long as it takes to FORCE Biden to approve the budget.
