  1. Delaying tactic to appear transparent. The DOJ will propose redacting everything but the page numbers. The judge will propose something else, the DOJ will appeal...this goes on for ...until the next shiny object comes along to distract attention from Biden's failing administration. There will be no charges. Trump will just "remain under investigation"
