Uninformed lament. It is NOT Congress' job. It's the states' job. Our system was designed and intended to make it difficult for Congress to do anything...and circumventing them with Executive Agencies is not the answer. Our system of government was designed to allow states autonomy. About 95% of federal government agencies should be eliminated and Congress should meet for 2-3 months per year. Not more.

Amendment X (ratified 1789) The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Now read... Amendment XIII (ratified 1865) Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. See how that works?

@davideickholt8012 Not part time enough. They should be in Washington no more than 60 days per year. 45 days would be better. Working from home ALL of those 45 days. would be even better. These people need to STAY in their districts with the people they represent. Divide their current salary by 365 and multiply x 45. That's how much they get paid. If it isn't enough, get another job, like real people.

The Biden dictatorship will continue to issue unconstitutional orders and make other people take them to court on each and every rule/regulation. They will lose. Eventually. But the lawsuits may easily exceed the life of the Biden dictatorship. Then they will be dropped by Trump.
