  1. The BEST solution to the legislative donation dilemma would be to simply list the NAMES of the politicians who received donations and how much. Let their constituents take it from there. Also list any PACs and other organizations that are politically connected that received do nations, and those amounts. Clearly he was using embezzled funds to donate to politicians in an effort to get favorable legislation which would allow him to continue embezzling. Not a bad plan for someone selling investments that are currently as closely regulated as Beanie Babies and Baseball cards.
