Yesterday, an Obama appointed Federal District Judge in the Southern District of Mississippi DISMISSED a case against a man charged with unlawfully possessing a firearm as a person with a felony conviction as being UNCONSTITUTIONAL. TWO Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal have ruled that Section 922 and the form 4473 are unconstitutional. Merrick Garland is currently requesting the Supreme Court to rule on this. The Supreme Court has not considered the case at this time. Hunter Biden should not be charged with a crime for violating Section 922 in lying about filling out the form 4473 because the form is unconstitutional! Neither should anyone else be charged with, or imprisoned for, the same thing. Anyone currently being penalized for this unconstitutional "crime", should be filing appeals based on these recent developments.
