  1. Garland was denied a seat on SCOTUS by, first, Mitch McConnell and then Trump when Trump chose Gorsuch instead of following through with Obama's nomination of Garland. Biden knew that and appointed Garland with the intent of giving him the power to attack Trump. Clearly, Trump didn't "drain the swamp". OR secure the border. DeSantis, 2024.

  2. I hope the Trump Kool-Aid drinkers understand that the Republican Party and RNC cannot allow a candidate who is under federal indictment to be on primary ballots or debate stages. They can not. No one, not even Trump, has a "right" to appear on a ballot as a Republican. That is a party function. While nothing in the Constitution or federal law prevents Trump from running (even from a prison cell) the Republican Party does not have to put his name on ballots as a Republican. If he wants to run as an independent, that's his business. Trump will never appear on a primary ballot as a Republican in 2024.
