The only message the other candidates need to "get out" is "I am not under threat of going to prison". At this point, Trump is imagining he is running for President. How long before the RNC tells him that he isn't going to be on any Republican party primary ballots? No major political party will risk a candidate for President that could be going to prison before or after the election.

@jeffhornish4645 He can't be. You seriously think the RNC will put the name of someone on their ballot that could be imprisoned? 🤣 Primary elections are party functions. No one is guaranteed a place on their ballots. Or debate stages. They can't prevent him from running, but they CAN prevent him from running as a Republican.

@noticer-of-things Very likely. If Trump runs as an independent, or even as a write in candidate, he assures the reelection of Biden.
