  1. Spoiler alert: Nothing will happen if he is. Congress can't prosecute anyone for anything. They would have to refer it to the DOJ. The DOJ will do nothing. President Trump appointed Wray, Rosenstein, McCabe, and FAUCI. Drain the swamp? Until we elect President DeSantis, who will fire Wray on his first day in office, and appoint an effective Attorney General (NOT Jeff Sessions or Bill Barr) nothing will happen.
