Republicans will not have the BALLS to challenge it in court before the election. A federal court challenge should be filed by Friday by Republicans in Congress. Congress was circumvented in violation of the Constitution. The House and Senate have standing to sue. Bet they won't. They are led by cowards like McConnell and McCarthy

@bobbywilsonfunfaithfamilymusic Wall street and banks were bailed out by LEGISLATION, they were NOT bailed out by Executive Order. Pass it in Congress! I project this will be overturned in short order. There is NO Presidential authority to spend $300,000,000,000 without Congressional approval.

Democrats just forced through a Consolidation bill a couple weeks ago and another one earlier this year without College loan relief and you blame Republicans?!?!?! You may want to ask Schumer why he didn't include funding for college debt forgiveness in his TWO budget reconciliation bills. Both passed without a single Republican vote. But I can spare you the trouble of asking. The reason was Manchin and Sinema, both Democrats. Schumer couldn't even get 50 Democrats to vote for it. Stop blaming Republicans. It makes you sound very ignorant. THAT's why this Executive Action comes just after they passed the "Inflation Relief Act" without a single Republican vote in either chamber. So much for Mitch McConnell. 3. That's how a Representative Republic works. You get to VOTE for your Representatives every two years. You DON'T get to change the rules and bypass the Article I Congress by an order of the Article II Executive just because you want something and YOUR OWN PARTY won't give it to you. If you do, the Article III Judiciary will block it. It's called "checks and balances" and Democrats will get a lesson (again) in how it works. 4. COMPROMISE! If the Democrats offered funding to complete the border wall in return for Republicans votes on dismissing college loans, for example, then we may go somewhere. Maybe offer to codify the "Remain in Mexico" policy or provide more funding for police. That's called "governing", that's called "Leadership" But the Democrats have a WE WIN-YOU LOSE attitude. They have a Give us what we want or We'll just break the law if we need to to get what we want, you get nothing" attitude. THAT does NOT "benefit Americans" no matter what it results in. Don't count your chickens yet, there are nearly 300 Trump appointed Federal Judges that WILL follow the Constitution and overturn this just like they did with the mask mandates and rent moratorium. It will be enjoined and LOSE in the Supreme Court by 6-3. Short answer: PASS A LAW!!!!!!!!!! If you get resistance from either party, offer them something they want in return. If you can't do that...tough 💩
