@Mawyou Yeah, then his penalty is to pay $1 billion for backing out. Then come back and offer $22 billion instead of $44 billion. Musk is still far ahead. But for $1 billion, I'd take my chances in court, delay the process, drop the stock even further and get a better deal.

To who? Musk is exposing them as a scam no one wants to buy. The stock is trading at many many times annual earnings. It's nonsense. When the advertisers find out the number of bots they paying to advertise to, they will bail out or demand lower advertising rates and Twitter's revenue will fall even more. It's basically a scam.
