  2.  @earlsmith8669  Sorry, but I don't trust someone who couldn't pay their debts to benefit businesses. You are talking about college graduates who can't make $75,000 per year. Plumbers and carpenters make more than that. I would say it is better to let the people who EARNED the money use it to benefit businesses. TAKING money from people who are productive and giving it to people who aren't productive will not help the economy. In any case...it's unconstitutional. You want debt forgiveness? ...PASS A LAW! The HEROEs Act didn't pass. The Senate never gave it a vote.

  3.  @earlsmith8669  It's not too late. It does not take effect until January, 2023. Which is why the "pause" in payments has been extended until then. Plenty of time to get it blocked before any loans are paid. Who? A federal judge that follows the Constitution. Trump appointed about 300 of them. Shouldn't be too hard to find one.
