Putin is using Biden's speech demanding regime change in Russia and his statement to US troops in Poland about what they will see "When they are in Ukraine" for his propaganda machine "proving" he needed to invade Ukraine to protect Russia from the US and NATO. Russia cancelled their peace talk meeting today because of Biden's speech. Doesn't matter that the "Presidential Office of Walking Back Stupid Stuff Biden Says" immediately retracted his "great speech" and his statement to the troops...Putin got his sound bite and video clip for his propaganda machine. For God's sake...keep this man away from cameras and microphones!
