This also means that ANY OTHER laws which restrict the 2A...magazine bans, assault rifle bans, bump stock bans, "ghost gun" bans...must show that they do not violate the "text, history and tradition" of the 2A. The strictest scrutiny. Each and every other "gun law" is subject to being overturned. In means "Shall not be infringed" means what it says! This decision is going to kick the door in on gun control, period!

  2. I would like to thank the moronic politicians in NY who made it clear what they were going to do so that Justice Thomas could include it in his opinion. He covered the "sensitive" area subject quite well in his opinion.
