Nevada does not have constitutional carry, you have to have a license to carry, but Nevada has a 'shall issue' system of licensing AND accepts out of state concealed licenses from most states. But, relax, Peirs. 29 states allow carry without a license, including Louisiana where Trump was yesterday...and his home state of Florida. ALL states issue concealed carry licenses, but 6 of them make it difficult. But that will change soon. The people who attempted to murder Trump did NOT have concealed carry licenses and violated many laws before they pulled the trigger.
