I think Crist will probably win the opportunity to LOSE to DeSantis. That means he has to give up his house seat and will very likely be replaced by a Republican. That's a WIN-WIN. We already know how Crist would govern as a Republican...does anyone think he improved by switching to being a Democrat? Fried? A face made for gas pumps. 🤣 (if you're from Florida, you'll get that reference) She will also lose her seat as the only statewide elected Democrat and be replaced by a Republican. Another WIN-WIN. The last candidate the Democrats nominated for Governor was an actual crackhead. About the time DeSantis was handling Covid, the Dems offering was found naked and unconscious in a hotel room, drugged out, with two other naked and unconscious men. We dodged that bullet! Add to that Val Demings surrendering her House seat to emolliate herself running against Rubio, and Stephanie Murphy stepping down because she knows she has no chance to keep her district against ANY Republican. Florida is going to flip control of the House all by itself!
