  1. Chicago banned the carrying of defensive firearms by licensed individuals on public transportation. What we know is...when you make victims helpless, you do NOT make criminals harmless. This DID NOT HAPPEN in one of the 29 states that allows law abiding people to carry concealed handguns without a license, not just the criminals. Once again, a "gun free zone" is a killing field.
