  1. Someone isn't paying attention to the recent Supreme Court ruling which declared that the RIGHT to keep and bear arms applies to "all modern bearable weapons." Appeals Court decisions supporting other states' "assault weapons" bans were vacated by SCOTUS and remanded for reconsideration in light of the NYSRPA v. Bruen case. Also rejected by SCOTUS and remanded were large capacity magazine bans. Assault rifle bans magazine capacity bans are unconstitutional. More to come... In another case, the NFA of 1934 is being directly challenged with a filing made on Friday in Federal District Court in Florida.
