  1. Unless the legislature passed a law declaring Trump, by name, to be a criminal without a trial, it is not an unconstitutional Bill (Act) of Attainder. Bills (Acts) of Attainder are proscribed by the Constitution to prevent legislatures from exceeding their powers and assuming the role of the Judicial branch. Legislatures can pass laws, change laws, change statutes of limitations, but CAN NOT declare a person guilty. Additionally: Unless Trump is being criminally charged with something that was not a crime when the act was committed, it is NOT an "Ex Post Facto" law. Both are covered in the same Constitutional Article and Section. Art. I.S9.C3.1 Bills of Attainder <---------------- cut, paste and search. Read. A person who CAN read, but doesn't, is no different than a person who can't read. When you hear this nonsense on the internet, it is simple to actually look it up and fact check it.

Which OTHER political candidate would YOU vote for that was impeached TWICE, caused his party to have three losing election cycles in a row, was found civilly liable for SEXUAL ASSAULT, and has been indicted on more than FIFTY (50) felonies, with more to come? Can you name someone? I voted for Trump in 2016. He fooled me. NEVER AGAIN! In 2020 I left my vote for President BLANK. Trump is UNELECTABLE. Trump is the ONLY candidate that can't beat Biden. The Republican PARTY knows it. The Republican PARTY will not place Trump's name on a Presidential primary ballot. Forget the polls!!!!!! Polls this far in advance mean nothing. Polls in July, 2015 had Jeb Bush with a 33 point lead and Trump in single digits. Trump needs a HUGE percentage of Republicans AND Independents and a sizeable percentage of minorities to WIN a national election. He barely cracks 50% of Republicans. He doesn't have it. PERIOD!!!!!!! IF Trump Loves this country, he will withdraw from the campaign. He should also AVOID endorsing anyone else...unless he wants them to LOSE, like Kari Lake, Herschel Walker, Mehmet Oz and others who drank the Trump poison!

He temporarily abated them. They all came right back when he left office because he did not get anything LEGISLATED. He didn't codify any of those things. Executive orders don't get it done long term. And Trump couldn't make the deals he needed to make to get that done.

  6.  @yenlinhtran69  Trump's case wasn't about a CRIME, it was about a civil suit. They extended the state of limitations for civil cases.
