Someone who was able to buy 64 rounds of ammo in an ammo shortage, killed a budding "Rap Star" as he was being released last Saturday evening from the Cook County Jail at 26th and California, in CHICAGO this week. They shot him 64 times! I'm guessing it was not a random shooting. Lori is "very focused" on finding out who did this.
