The federal law that would bar a person from running for President is: 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection. Trump has not been charged with violating that law. I'll go with what the Supreme Court says on the matter. Will you?

  5. In the end, NO state will remove Trump from the ballot. He has not been convicted of (or even charged with) any crime which would disqualify him from being on a ballot for a federal office.

  17. Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973. Abortion was legal in ALL states in "the late 80s". I never bought a bus ticket when a flight was cancelled, it is much faster to just take the next flight available. 🤪 Your mother in law's story is Bullsh*t. Or maybe it's your husband's story?   22. I am surprised it took this long. I expected this the day Hunter Biden's deal crashed and burned. More to come. I expect indictments from Washington DC (January 6th) and Atlanta (Election interference). They'll drop whenever Biden gets in a bind. Maybe Monday, when Devon Archer testifies to the House.
