They WILL rely on the Constitution. The Constitution requires due process. A person is not guilty of a crime if he has never been charged or tried for that crime. Period.

@Brandon-th4xx Guessing doesn't count. States do not enforce federal law. The federal law that would bar a person from running for President is: 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection. Trump has not been charged with violating that law. I'll go with what the Supreme Court says on the matter. Will you?

@NopeUghUghAbsolutelyNot I'll go with what the Supreme Court says. Will you?

In the end, NO state will remove Trump from the ballot. He has not been convicted of (or even charged with) any crime which would disqualify him from being on a ballot for a federal office.

@GurtiusMaximus Violation of ???? Which Article and section of the US Constitution says that?
2
@NopeUghUghAbsolutelyNot I'm saying I will go with what the Supreme Court rules. Will you?
2
@Brandon-th4xx I think I will go with what the Supreme Court rules. I won't vote for Trump in the primary, but I want his name on the ballot.
2
So...the mayor should resign for NOT being a convicted criminal?!?!?! 🤪🤪 I think the Mayor should get busy replacing his appointees that quit because they WANTED to work for a criminal.
2
Please, Governor, SAVE Democracy by removing the elected Mayor of NYC!!!!! 🤪🤪
2
Good. We don't want the DNC run by intelligent people.

@GurtiusMaximus Trump sent weapons and money to Ukraine. Should he be kept off the ballot for that?

@Brandon-th4xx Everyone can't be right. 😜
1
@Raja1938 Try to enforce that. Won't happen.

@Raja1938 Then it is not "illegal" to get an abortion somewhere else. Someone can file a civil lawsuit. 🙄 The Texas law was a work-around of Roe v. Wade. Look for the Texas law, and Missouri's, to change. Very soon.
1
@Raja1938 Not if the laws are replaced with outright abortion bans, or a "heartbeat bill" The laws WILL change after this ruling. Abortion will be made illegal or far more restricted than the current law.

Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973. Abortion was legal in ALL states in "the late 80s". I never bought a bus ticket when a flight was cancelled, it is much faster to just take the next flight available. 🤪 Your mother in law's story is Bullsh*t. Or maybe it's your husband's story? Or is it YOUR story? In any case, it's Bullsh*t. Glad you found your husband and have a great marriage. That is, IF that part isn't also bullsh*t. Timeline...always remember the timeline.
1
So...Kat L...when are you going to tell us whether it is your mother-in-law, your husband, or YOU making up this bullsh*t story? Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973. Abortion was legal in ALL states in the late 80's.

The same news anchor that just had to pay $16,000,000.00 for LYING about Trump...reporting on what the 'White House', that LIED about Biden not pardon Hunter, is saying about drones. 🤪 WE DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF IT!

I am more interested in the video of Nancy Pelosi admitting liability for the J6 riots in her limousine as she fled from the capital on J6. Other news outlets have it...why doesn't GMA?

Just a half step further ahead and he wouldn't be giving this interview. Hopefully he will be charged with weapons crimes and attempted murder and spend the next couple decades in prison.

I am surprised it took this long. I expected this the day Hunter Biden's deal crashed and burned. More to come. I expect indictments from Washington DC (January 6th) and Atlanta (Election interference). They'll drop whenever Biden gets in a bind. Maybe Monday, when Devon Archer testifies to the House.
