  1. They WILL rely on the Constitution. The Constitution requires due process. A person is not guilty of a crime if he has never been charged or tried for that crime. Period.

The federal law that would bar a person from running for President is: 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection. Trump has not been charged with violating that law. I'll go with what the Supreme Court says on the matter. Will you?

  4. In the end, NO state will remove Trump from the ballot. He has not been convicted of (or even charged with) any crime which would disqualify him from being on a ballot for a federal office.
