  1. She's up for election again. Trump is allowed to challenge/appeal any and ALL subpoenas up to, and including, the US Supreme Court. She knows that these delays could push her "investigation" beyond the election and make the whole thing worthless (it is worthless anyway, but I mean to her, politically) Their "probable cause" is the statement of his former attorney Michael Cohen, a convicted perjurer, that Trump "inflated in his property values" in loan applications. The problem is that whatever Trump stated as property values in applications, the values have to be evaluated by a professional appraiser. Lenders don't take your word for the value. If the Hunter Biden story was "irrelevant", it would never have been challenged by the media at all.
