  1. Congress is NOT law enforcement and CAN NOT indict anyone, EVER. The only thing they can do is refer to the DOJ for...further investigation. Rumors and gossip don't cut it in criminal prosecutions/investigations. Hutchinson is NOT a "witness" to anything and nothing she said is "evidence". What will the committee do in the end? They will make criminal referrals and then state that "Trump is under criminal investigation" (again). It will go nowhere and do them no good. Another witch hunt.
