  4.  @elvaquero5554  Yes, I simply meant to imply this charge (involuntary manslaughter) is very ripe for plea bargaining to whatever lower felony he can manage to avoid actual jailtime. "Reckless Endangerment" is a fairly common charge in many states, others will call a similar charge something else. It basically means "You did something STUPID and reckless and someone got injured or killed because it"

  5. 2 1o 1 he never goes to prison. This is as ripe for a plea bargain as I have ever seen. 2-3 years probation.
