  1. You're surprised how many fight against free speech?!?!?! Really? Free speech has been one of the most radical and powerful tools for freedom in the history of humans. That's why it is feared and hated by people who want to oppress you. It shouldn't surprise you at all. Freedom of speech, religion and being able to overthrow an oppressive government were major reasons our nation was formed. It is no coincidence that when the Bill of Rights was written that the 1st Amendment is Freedom of Speech and the 2nd Amendment is the Right to keep and bear arms. They KNEW what tyrants would go for every time. Our forefathers never contemplated the internet or "Twitter", but they knew ALL ABOUT what tyrants do.
