  2.  @DekkarJr  People who rely on "identity" rarely get any good jobs. There are no "affirmative action" CEOs and business owners. It is not a path to success. Those appointed to positions because of their identity in this government will go no further when Biden is out of office. Do you think Karine Jean Pierre will be elected Governor of a state like Trump's press secretary was? Of course not. Developing your own skills and abilities will always take you much farther where results count, and are rewarded. I would also suggest you refrain from using such language when communicating. It really is unappealing and does nothing to advance yourself. Your points are valid, legitimate and intelligent. Don't detract from them with unnecessary foul language. Also, grammar, punctuation and correct capitalization all go a long way to show people you are clever in your own right. You are a valuable asset...really. Don't throw it away with self inflicted wounds.
