  1. The Democrats will now pivot to: "Well we wanted to cancel your debt but the Republicans stopped us..." Even thought the control both chambers of Congress and the White House, and just passed two HUGE spending bills this year without a single Republican vote...and just forgot all about the student loans.

  2. This is great news and I expected this would happen since the day President* Biden announced this sham, and it is PERFECT timing, BUT... The Supreme Court declined to hear a DIFFERENT case that went through the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. This case went through the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Different case, different plaintiff, different cause of action. Better attorneys. Not every case has merit, just because you agree with it.
