  1. Hard to prove she is "lying under oath" when the only thing she testified to is "someone else told me..." Even if those people testify and deny it, you have "he said/she said" OR she claims she "misremembered". She's not even a "witness", she didn't witness anything. That's WHY this kind of testimony is not allowed in court and WHY Congress is not a law enforcement agency. The committee assured her there would be no referral to the DOJ for perjury. The committee doesn't care about the truth.
