I hope he does. I think he needs some time to recover and decide if he wants to spend the next 5-10 years of his life on this subject. It's easy to say he should. There's lots of reasons he should. We also have yet to see what Biden's KGB is going to do. They cannot allow a peasant to embarrass the propaganda media and storm troopers of the Democrat party and just get away with it. They could easily discourage him from civil action with some federal charges (straw purchase of the rifle, for example). While his surviving Democrat Storm Trooper attacker admits to attempted murder and illegal possession of a firearm without charges, I expect the feds to come up with something to charge Kyle with. If I were a juror I would be worrying more about early morning KGB raids on my home than the Democrat storm troopers at this point.
