  1. Biden's approval is 38% like Biden got 81 million votes. I would be shocked if his actual (not "mail in") approval is more than 20% and there is absolutely no reason that Harris' approval would be any higher than the 3% it was during the Democrat primaries.

  2.  @legendaryra3590  The same can happen here in Federal and (some) state elections. Bill Clinton was elected with 43% of the vote. 57% of the country did not vote for Clinton. Clinton is the ONLY President to serve 2 terms that NEVER got more than 50% of the vote. Whoever gets the most votes in any state, gets ALL that state's electoral votes. Jesse Ventura was elected Governor of Minnesota with 37% of the vote. Some state's have "runoff elections" for the top two candidates and one of them MUST get more than 50% (except Presidential elections) but in many states it is just the person who gets the most votes.
