  3. 3:01 I saw this video and it was described as "Orange County, Florida". JOE Biden has not been to Florida since July, except to visit the storm damaged area for a few hours. He did not go to Orange County (Orlando). His scheduled trip to Orange County for September 27th was postponed. JILL Biden was in Orlando (Orange County) 3 days ago. This video does NOT look like Orange Co., Florida 3 days ago when it was sunny and very warm. Except for the guy running around with the Trump flags, the people are dressed for cool weather. Neither is that an Orlando Police or Orange County Sherriff's Office vehicle. That is NOT "Orange County, Florida" However, JOE Biden WAS in Orange County, CA on October 14th.
