Putin is using Biden's speech and his statement to US troops in Poland about what they will see "When they are in Ukraine" for his propaganda machine "proving" he needed to invade Ukraine to protect Russia from the US and NATO. Russia cancelled their peace talk meeting today because of Biden's speech. For God's sake...keep this man away from cameras and microphones!
