AND...whatever is decided by the trial court regarding "official acts", can be appealed to the DC Circuit AND back to the Supreme Court if necessary. That also applies to the other two cases against Trump. The Supreme Court is in recess until October and releases these decisions at the end of the term. Bottom line: NO TRIAL before the election in ANY of the cases. And since this is about election interference, not about "justice", it effectively means: NO MORE TRIALS.
