  2. The Supreme Court decided the case July 1. It is now Merchan's DUTY to dismiss the conviction because the prosecution used, and the Judge allowed, privileged information and evidence. Even though the defense objected and asked to withhold proceeding until the Supreme Court ruled. BTW, I voted for Trump BECAUSE of this! That's the kind of guy we need!

  3. No. This is the one where they created a crime out of something that is legal. The 'hush money' case. The other was a civil case which has been appealed and the appellate court seems poised to overturn that decision. It' hard to keep track.

  6. Correct. And the Supreme law of the land is the US Constitution which grants immunity to the President (ALL Presidents, not just Trump) for actions while in office. These legal 'hush money' payments were ALL made while Trump was in office (2017). I am sure you will stick to what you just said, right? And...Trump WON!!!!!!
